Gabrielle (“Gabbi”) Lewis is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes that improving your health should feel achievable, realistic, and grounded in your everyday life. She earned her Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University, where her research focused on cardiometabolic health, including the role of sleep and daily habits in blood pressure and overall wellness.
Gabbi brings experience across clinical care, community nutrition, and work with active individuals, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how nutrition, movement, and lifestyle come together to support long-term health.
Her approach is both practical and personalized. Using the Lifeways Nutrition Program, Gabbi helps patients focus not only on what to eat, but how to eat—guiding them on meal timing, eating rate, and sustainable daily habits while taking into account their medical conditions and individual goals.
Gabbi has experience working with a range of health concerns, including Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, digestive issues, and weight management. She is especially passionate about helping patients feel less overwhelmed by nutrition and more confident in their ability to make meaningful, lasting changes.
