Clare received an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Hunter College and a BFA in Theater Arts from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. During her time at Hunter College, she rotated with the Sylvia Center and provided nutrition education, cooking classes, and interactive presentations for children and families to empower them to make healthier choices at home. During her time with Boro Park Rehabilitation Center, she provided medical nutrition therapy for a variety of conditions including COVID-19, cardiovascular disease, oncology, and hepatobiliary disease. Clare loves connecting with patients to help them discover the joy in nourishing their bodies. She uses her creativity to help patients find ways to incorporate healthy habits into their busy lives and unique circumstances.
