Hannah Glass is a Registered Dietitian who earned her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Hunter College, where she graduated as Valedictorian of her class. Prior to her career in nutrition, Hannah received her BA in History from UC Davis and spent several years tutoring high school students—an experience that strengthened her ability to educate, motivate, and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Hannah’s passion for food led her to work extensively in the culinary field, gaining experience in restaurants across New York, Europe, and California, where she trained and worked as a chef. This unique foundation gives her a deep understanding of food not only as nourishment, but also as culture, enjoyment, and a powerful tool for healing.
In 2020, after working with individuals requiring medically tailored meals, Hannah was inspired to transition into the field of clinical nutrition. She is passionate about helping patients understand how food can be used therapeutically to support overall health and manage medical conditions.
Hannah specializes in weight management using the Lifeways Nutrition Program, an approach that goes beyond traditional dieting. She works closely with patients to assess and improve eating rate, meal frequency, and food choices, tailoring recommendations to support sustainable weight loss and long-term success. Her approach incorporates therapeutic nutrition strategies for conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and digestive disorders.
Hannah is dedicated to helping patients build realistic, sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle. She combines her clinical expertise, culinary background, and patient-centered approach to empower individuals to take control of their health and improve their quality of life.
